Create a relaxing atmosphere. Maybe it\u2019s clearing your desk of all distractions.<\/p>\n<p>Maybe it\u2019s turning off your cell phone and pagers. Maybe it\u2019s sitting in a comfortable chair with your favorite music playing softly in the background and lighting a candle.
