Vision<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will create a clear vision for what success looks like in the future. If you don\u2019t know where you\u2019re going, how are you going to get there?<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Priorities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll identify priorities for the short and medium term. You can\u2019t do everything at the same time, so focus on what needs to be done now and then do it well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Alignment<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You\u2019ll get alignment and buy-in on direction and strategy.
